Having spent a number of years with Procter and Gamble Mike joined McKinsey & Company spending over seventeen years with the practice initially in New York then moving to the Hong Kong office in 1997. Whilst in New York he established the McKinsey Global CRM practice. In Hong Kong, Mike worked extensively across the Asia Pacific region specialising in brand and new product development, pricing and marketing research.
Mike went on to join Synovate focused on strategic market research and data analysis linked to driving superior business outcomes. He continues to drive this focus as Global Director of Knowledge Management and Insights, working extensively in Asia but also in the UK and around the world.
Amongst his many passions Mike continues to play an active role in AFS-USA a not for profit organization focused on building intercultural understanding via student exchanges. He was an AFSer to Turkey in 1974 and later on a Board member, including a period as Chairman.
Mike holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School (Baker Scholar) in addition a BS and BA degrees from the Wharton School and College at the University of Pennsylvania.
